DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling )

Enable dynamic CPU frequency and voltage scaling

$ echo interactive > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor

file : \device\hisilicon\Hi3719CV100\etc\init.Hi3719CV100.sh

Disable dynamic CPU frequency and voltage scaling

$ echo userspace > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
